Almost all professional poker players who play in crypto casino have some amazing story as to how they came to the game, whether it be bred into them at a young age or just by chance that they found out that they have a knack for the game. And Eli Elezra is not an exception to this rule, however, most people find his story to be one of the most entertaining that is out there. Eli was born and grew up in Jerusalem, Israel. When he was a young man he served in the Jerusalem army where he suffered a serious leg injury. Because of this injury, Eli spent many hours watching televised poker games and basically learning the game simply because he had nothing else to do. If it weren’t for this leg injury, he would have never learned about the game or developed such an interest in the game.
However, Eli is more than just a poker player, he is a very accomplished businessman as well, in addition to being a family man. He has many businesses located along the Strip in Las Vegas, which is not cheap real estate by any means. In fact, he owned on of the most technically advanced photo shops on the strip for many years, where his company developed film in just thirty minutes. Which at the time, was the fastest that could ever be found. Aside from this, he has many restraints that are also located on the Strip. So just how does he do at the table?
Unlike other players, he does not own any bracelets yet, but this does not mean that people should discount him just yet. He has been compared to those players that have numerous bracelets to their names, which just goes to show how well of a player most people think that he is. He has been seen in many televised poker specials such as the season two and three of Fox Sports Net Poker Superstars Invitational Tournament, two season of the Game Show Network’s High Stakes Poker, he has also appeared on Israel television as well. He has finished in the cash in eleven games, which is not bad for someone that is considered a newbie to the world of poker, even though he has been playing for ten years now. And most everyone is pointing out that they should keep an eye on this man as he is one that is going to go far in the poker world.
During this time that he is not running his businesses, he is devoted to his family, which consists of his wife and five children. He is a very active father, making breakfast for everyone and making sure that he sits down to meals with his family each night, which just goes to show how good a value his has on family. And he has not forgotten about those that he served with since he recently donated money in order to fix the gymnasium for his old unit. He is a man with many wells and roots that run deep, which is what makes him someone that most people respect.

The conventional poker wisdom says that there is not such thing as online poker tells. It is hard to argue when you think about it since you do not see your opponent, do not hear their voices, or see their hands trembling when betting. You just cannot.
Those who play a lot of poker online though will tell you that there are reliable tells online. Here are some of them:
Timing Tell
Hesitations give away people when playing poker. Watch out for the timing of the players in the online poker room. Look for the players who has oscillating pace which somehow covers up the real nature of their cards. You should never oscillate and always spend the same time on acting on your cards when it is your turn.
False Stalling
When someone tries to stall, they want you to think that he or she is thinking hard and having a tough decision to make. You will encounter a lot of online poker players like this but as a general rule treat the other players as kosher until you have proven hat they are tricky.
Chat
You will encounter yammerheads in online poker rooms. How they chat is their way of venting out the experiences they are going thru. You will get a lot from what people are saying in chat. The chat box is your way to their state of mind and the state of their skills against you.
Pattern
Things go fast during a poker online game. It is easier to notice patterns in the style of play of someone. Look at the button which will rotate quick in a few minutes. See if they will be raising from the button a lot of times so you will know that he does not have strong hands so you can re-raise and you will see that most likely he will fold.

Anything that is too much is bad for us, so the saying goes. This also applies for poker. You might know a ton about the game, played thousands of hands, but too much confidence can do some bad stuff in your game.
Check out the list below for signs that you might have a problem with your poker game.
*Playing substandard hands can be one of the most expensive mistakes that you can commit in poker. If you have the habit of playing low suited connectors and waiting for the flop, then you got a problem.
*Ace. So what. If you play every Ace that you get without thinking hard if it is coupled with another good card, then you have another leak to seal off.
*If you know that your opponent has a hand that can beat your cards and still you push ahead then you might just give away your chips and save some time.
*When you always want to be sure and end up as a calling station.
Backing down of a big pot when you have some doubt that your hand can be better than your opponents.
*Playing the same kind of game all the time regardless of the changes in the kind of play on the table. Remember that any changes should trigger the shift in your winning strategy.
*Playing in every form of poker you know. This isn’t so bad if you are winning but if you are losing a lot of money, you have to find your niche where you can excel. Look for the kind of game that suits your style.
*Pushing too hard to win. You have to take control if you always find yourself forcing issues with your good cards against an environment of straights and flushes. If it does not look good, you should let it go.

Gus “The Great Dane” Hansen playing Jimmy Fricke in the Aussie Millions. Jimmy Fricke IMO did not play this hand too well — he could have raised on the turn for example — now, he just lucked out by hitting that Ace of clubs on the river…
He’s well fat too!

To make a game attractive the players should take it in its traditional and original spirits. This is the key factor to make the game too attractive and competitive. If the game is not in its traditional spirits then the spectators will feel that they have been fooling. So in order to make the game a grand success the participants should consider the game with full game spirit.
Here we want to talk about Texas Hold’em Poker game. This is a very popular game highly prevalent in North America and Europe. In this game players use certain special type of cards called Holdem and each player can use 5 varieties of cards. Among them there are two hole cards which are considered as the important cards of the game.
There are some secret tips to win this game in a tournament. But as far as beginners are concerned it is better to keep with out loosing than winning the game. The very first thing to learn is to avoid committing mistakes and errors. If a player can employ these matters in the game, then he can minimize loosing money to a greater extend.
In a Texas Hold’em Poker game each player will have a tendency to play too many hands. This is the main problem of the game. To overcome this difficulty the best thing is to tighten the game as far as possible. In other words the player must be selective as far as the hands are concerned.
When there are draws such as straight or flush it is better to avoid calling huge bets. The capacity of the bet is determined according to the size of the pot entering in the game. If the size of the pot is small, then the player can accept the straight and flush draws with out any fear. Calling large bets regularly will increase the chance of loosing money in the game.
A very suited hand will improve the possibility to win the same. The players have a tendency to overvalue the cards using. The cards suited more are not only attractive but also have high potential to face the flush draws in the game. Playing with suited cards is the common habit found among the new players of the Texas Holdem Poker game.

I’m a big fan of The Bear Barry Greenstein, and I love the fact that he’s so in touch with the web. He’s got a great personal site, he’s got a lot of fans on the web, and the internet has voted his poker book “Ace on The River” amongst one of the best.
Here he goes spreading the 2+2-love saying “LOL DONKAMENTS” on High Stakes Poker.

Probably the most talked-about NON-monster vs. monster hand ever on High Stakes Poker, this clash between the Poker Professor Howard Lederer and Tom “durrrr” Dwan. Poker at its ultimate best – incredible.
Can’t blame Howard for not betting the flop imo. He had to have expected Dwan to bet there, and he was probably letting go if he did so…

It was not until the late 1800’s that the poker chips actually came into existence in America. Before the advent of poker chips, people used to play without chips making use of all the precious things like gold pellets, mined gemstones, expensive ores, minerals, and exotic food items.
As the game grew in stature, a need for standardized currency arose, which led to the invention of poker chips. People avoided carrying large amount of cash and poker chips provided them with a substitute to same value of cash. Today, you can have a mountain of chips in front of you — and isn’t that so much cooler than having cash money?
Soon the poker chips were being used everywhere, bars and gambling houses being the major players who collected a fee in return for safekeeping the cash and surrogating it with poker chips. The first chips made use of wood, bones etc but in late 1800’s clay poker chips replaced them.
Coming with the technological progression, new materials came into play like plastic and acrylic which provided a cheap and useful proxy to clay chips. Metals and ivory were also being used by some major gambling houses.
